The Terms and Conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Website. If you do not agree with the following Terms and Conditions, you should stop using the Website immediately. By checking the box next to this Terms of Use, and clicking the “Purchase” button, you, the purchaser of a subscription to the Membership Site entitled Embodied Self Concept, (hereinafter “Client”) acknowledge the terms as outlined herein, and agree and willingly purchase entry into Embodied Self Concept to be provided with services rendered by The Manifestation Sisters Embodied Self Concept (hereinafter “Manifestation Sisters”), and you agree you are voluntarily entering into a legally binding Agreement, including the automatic renewal terms, with Manifestation Sisters, inclusive of the following terms and conditions mutually agreed upon:
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Disclaimer Notice, Privacy Statement and any or all Agreements: “Member(s)”, “Customer”, “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “ESC” “The membership” “The course”, “The programme”, “module(s)” We” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client, Customer and ourselves, or either the Client, Customer or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client/Customer in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client/Customer’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing English Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.
1. MEMBERSHIP SITE OUTLINE:
a. Client agrees and understands that he/she is purchasing a monthly subscription to Embodied Self Concept, offering educational resources, monthly group coaching calls, and a community of like-minded individuals.
b. Client acknowledges that he/she has read the Membership Site Addendum and conducted any additional research necessary to feel he/she understands what is being provided in Embodied Self Concept as well as what is not included. Client agrees to be in agreement with the terms and conditions outlined herein, as well as the general policies and procedures that can be found in this Agreement and on Manifestation Sisters website.
c. Embodied Self Concept is not to be considered a substitute for personalized medical, or legal advice. Embodied Self Concept is not designed to treat, cure or heal any mental, emotional, or other medical conditions. If you as the Client believe you may be in need of personalized attention, whether for your business, health, or otherwise, please seek additional assistance outside Embodied Self Concept.
2. DISCLAIMER /NO GUARANTEES
a. Client agrees and understands that he/she is using Embodied Self Concept for their own personal goals and are able to use the content/resources provided in the membership at any time during their subscription period.
b. Client agrees and understands that it is up to them to determine the success of their own time within the duration of the membership, Manifestation Sisters cannot guarantee results from any of the content in Embodied Self Concept and cannot make any representations or guarantees regarding individual results. Client will hold Manifestation Sisters harmless if he or she does not experience the desired results.
c. Client understands that all services provided by Embodied Self Concept and Manifestation in connection with Embodied Self Concept being purchased are provided on an "as is" basis, meaning it is without any guarantees, representations, or warranties, including but not limited to warranties relating to quality, non-infringement, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or expectation or course of performance. Client is choosing to purchase access to Embodied Self Concept and work with Manifestation Sisters on a purely voluntary basis and does not hold Manifestation Sisters or Embodied Self Concept responsible should Client become dissatisfied with any portion of Embodied Self Concept.
d. Client agrees and understands that he/she is that Embodied Self Concept is not a 1 to 1 coaching experience and required to self-study and learn the course content/ course material and resources provided in their own time.
e. Client agrees and understands that monthly group coaching masterclass sessions provided within Embodied Self Concept are once every month. It is the responsibility of the client to attend.
f. Client agrees and understands that he/she can join the ESC community for daily support, guidance and assistance during their time in Embodied Self Concept.
g. Client agrees and understands that the average response time for questions to be answered within the community area is between 24-48 hours.
h. Client agrees and understands that posting harmful content, harassment or bullying of any kind within the community area will result in termination of your access to ESC and all of its content, material and resources.
3. Exclusions and Limitations
a. Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents or which is or may be provided by any affiliates or any other third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions in this website and/or the Company’s literature; and
b. Excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website. This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits (whether or not the loss of such profits was foreseeable, arose in the normal course of things or you have advised this Company of the possibility of such potential loss), damage caused to your computer, computer software, systems and programs and the data thereon or any other direct or indirect, consequential and incidental damages.
4. TESTIMONIALS & SUCCESS STORIES
Manifestation Sisters may publish testimonials and success stories on Embodied Self Concept and Manifestation Sisters website, social media platforms or on various sales materials for Embodied Self Concept or another Program created by Manifestation Sisters. Client understands that he or she is not required to give any testimony or success stories and understands that the choice to do so is freely up to Client.
5. Confidentiality
We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.
6. Payments and billing
Embodied Self Concept is a monthly subscription membership. Clients will have access to the membership program on a month-to-month basis for as long as they wish to remain in the Embodied Self Concept.
Clients are required to pay for Embodied Self Concept at the time of purchase and then every month there following on the same date each month.
There are no hidden costs or contracts within Embodied Self Concept, you are not obligated to remain for any specific timeframe. You may subscribe and unsubscribe at any time.
Embodied Self concept uses Stripe via Learn Worlds to process payments. If you are subscribed to a monthly subscription and your credit or debit card fails, then payment will be re-tried. Stripe will attempt to charge you three additional tries.
You need to make sure there are sufficient funds in the given credit/debit card or update your credit/debit card information within this time period, otherwise, after three failed payment attempts, you will be automatically unenrolled from ESC.
To update your billing information, you need to visit your My Account page, which is located through the top bar links. On the account page users can:
- Cancel their subscription.
- Change their subscription plan.
- Edit their payment information filled for subscription purchases.
- Download their invoices.
- Edit their Billing Info Details.
Please make yourself aware of Stripe Privacy Policy and Learn Worlds Privacy Policy as the chosen payment gateway for your membership.
Embodied Self Concept does not accept payments in the form of cheques or bank transfer. Consequently, all purchases and agreements entered into will cease with immediate effect until such time as any and all outstanding monies are recovered in full.
7. Cancellation Policy and Refunds Policy
No refunds are given for a membership/course/programme you have ordered as you shall be immediately granted instant access to the course materials, and we cannot reverse this access.
It is up to the client to determine when they would like to unsubscribe from the monthly membership.
No usage on the account does not qualify as a reason for a refund, it is up to client to determine the duration they wish to remain in the membership.
To unsubscribe from ESC follow the following steps:
1. Login using your details and access your Account.
2. On this page, the user will find a Cancel Subscription button.
3. When clicked, a pop-up message will appear for confirmation.
4. If the user proceeds, then the Your Account page will display a button for the optional reactivation of the same subscription plan or the option to choose another one by clicking on the Change button (if available).
When a user cancels their subscription, this results in the automatic un-enrollment from the courses included in the subscription plan in the next billing cycle. Until then, the subscription is scheduled for cancellation, as the user has paid for that billing cycle.
If users cancel their subscription plan, days or months before the renewal date, the re-activation button will be shown until the renewal date will pass. So, they will not be able to re-activate it later via the Account page. Users will need to go ahead and purchase it as new.
8. Courses
The Company, from time to time, provides various courses, digital products, programs, and associated material for sale separately to the membership. By purchasing these products, you are given immediate access to all the content for our courses, programs, digital products and associated material (collectively the “Course” “membership” programme”) for your own personal or internal business use. Except as otherwise provided, you acknowledge and agree that you have no right to modify, edit, copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, alter, enhance or in any way exploit any of the Courses in any manner.
By ordering our membership/ programme/course, you agree that the membership you purchase, or download may only be used by you for your personal or business use and may not be sold, reproduced or redistributed without the express written consent of the Company. You shall not create any derivative work based upon the course/membership and you shall not offer any competing products or services based upon any information contained in the membership. Not following the above shall be a breach of these terms and conditions.
We clearly lay out what you will be getting from a particular course on the sales page before purchase, this will give you a full understanding of what to expect within the course. If you have any queries, you can contact info@manifestationsisters.com prior to purchase.
9. Use of Communications Facilities
When using any System on the Website you should do so in accordance with the following rules. Failure to comply with these rules may result in your Account being suspended or closed:
You must not use obscene or vulgar language;
You must not submit Content that is unlawful or otherwise objectionable. This includes, but is not limited to, Content that is abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, ageist, sexist or racist;
You must not submit Content that is intended to promote or incite violence;
It is advised that submissions are made using the English language as We may be unable to respond to enquiries submitted in any other languages;

Any restrictions you may wish to place upon Our use of such information must be communicated to Us in advance and We reserve the right to reject such terms and associated information.
You acknowledge that Manifestation Sisters may retain copies of any and all communications made to Us or using Our System.
You acknowledge that any information you send to Us through Our System may be modified by Us in any way and you hereby waive your moral right to be identified as the author of such information. Any restrictions you may wish to place upon Our use of such information must be communicated to Us in advance and We reserve the right to reject such terms and associated information.
10. Accounts
In order to procure Services on this Website and to use certain other parts of the System, you are required to create an Account which will contain certain personal details and Payment Information which may vary based upon your use of the Website as We may not require payment information until you wish to make a purchase. By continuing to use this Websiteyou represent and warrant that:
- all information you submit is accurate and truthful;
- you have permission to submit Payment Information where permission may be required; and
- you will keep this information accurate and up-to-date. Your creation of an Account is further affirmation of your representation and warranty.
It is recommended that you do not share your Account details, particularly your username and password. We accept no liability for any losses or damages incurred as a result of your Account details being shared by you. If you use a shared computer, it is recommended that you do not save your Account details in your internet browser.
If you have reason to believe that your Account details have been obtained by another person without consent, you should contact Us immediately to suspend your Account and cancel any unauthorised orders or payments that may be pending. Please be aware that orders or payments can only be cancelled up until provision of Services has commenced. In the event that an unauthorised provision commences prior to your notifying Us of the unauthorised nature of the order or payment then you shall be charged for the period from the commencement of the provision of services until the date you notified us and may be charged for a billing cycle of one month.
Either Manifestation Sisters or you may terminate your Account. If We terminate your Account, you will be notified by email and an explanation for the termination will be provided. Notwithstanding the foregoing, We reserve the right to terminate without giving reasons.
If We terminate your Account, any current or pending orders or payments on your Account will be cancelled and provision of Services will not commence.

Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavours to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.

16. Waiver
Failure of either Party to insist upon strict performance of any provision of this or any Agreement or the failure of either Party to exercise any right or remedy to which it, he/she or they are entitled hereunder shall not constitute a waiver thereof and shall not cause a diminution of the obligations under this or any Agreement. No waiver of any of the provisions of this or any Agreement shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be such and signed by both Parties.

Client understands, acknowledges, and agrees he/she is purchasing a monthly subscription to Embodied Self Concept. While the below is subject to change, at the time of purchase, Embodied Self Concept access to the following:
1. Embodied Self Concept membership, including all content and resources that have been created for the Membership.
3. Monthly Group Coaching Sessions.
4. Access to an exclusive online community only for Embodied Self Concept members.
5. Additional resources, guides, and services as created by Manifestation Sisters.
